Amanda Johnston practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and guardianships for special needs individuals. Her estate planning practice encompasses everything from the drafting of simple wills to the development of sophisticated asset protection plans.

Corporate Transactional and Global Business Law

Amanda Johnston practices business and transactional law, covering both domestic and international corporate and energy related matters. Her legal knowledge and practical experience successfully work together to serve individual clients, partnerships and corporations.
