With over 10 years of experience as a commercial litigator and in-house counsel, Andrew's scope of knowledge allows him to handle a variety of complex legal issues for his clients.

- Business Organizations for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited partners, including formation, governance, shareholders' and members' agreements, stock purchase agreements, transfers of interests, buy-sell agreements, franchise agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, policy review and employee issues.
- General Business Litigation for a variety of domestic and international entities including litigation management involving the energy industry.
