Litigation and Corporate Practice

Jay Ingram practices business litigation and corporate transactional law. He takes pride in providing his clients the high level of attention and personal service they may not often find with larger firms.

Client Services Include:

• General Business Litigation for a variety of domestic and international business entities including litigation involving the energy industry, business and commercial disputes and employment matters.
• General Business Representation for a host of companies including the review, negotiation and documentation of all types of commercial business agreements, including but not limited to master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, contractor and subcontractor agreements, construction agreements, sales agreements, distributor agreements, indemnity agreements, software licenses and commercial leases.
