Environmental, Litigation and Corporate Practice
Patricia Chapman specializes in the areas of environmental law, natural resource issues, employment matters, and multi-party litigation. For over 25 years, she has successfully handled legal matters for an array of corporations, organizations and government entities, and has represented clients before federal and state courts.
Client Services Include:
- General Business Litigation for a variety of domestic and international business entities including litigation involving the energy and chemical industry, business and commercial disputes, environmental disputes and employment matters.
- Litigation for individuals, commercial and governmental entities.
- Corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited partnerships and other business organizations: advises on a variety of matters including formation, governance, shareholders' and members' agreements, partnership and limited partnership agreements, stock purchase agreements, transfers of interests, buy-sell agreements, franchise agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements and employee issues.
- General Business Representation for a host of companies including the review, negotiation and documentation of all types of commercial business agreements, including master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, contractor and subcontractor agreements, construction agreements, sales agreements, distributor agreements and indemnity agreements.
- Mediation.
