Brittany is a seasoned Estate Planning and Probate attorney. She was recently nominated by her peers as a Texas Super Lawyers 2021 Rising Star in Estate Planning & Probate, a designation reserved for the top 2.5% attorneys in Texas under the age of 40. Sloan is an Accredited Claims Attorney by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and an Appointed Attorney Representative by the U.S. Social Security Administration.
Brittany earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. At UMHB, she played soccer, earning All-Conference and Academic All-Conference honors. During her time at TTU, she also played for the TTU Women’s Club soccer team.
Community-minded and dedicated to educating others, she serves on the executive committee, finance committee of the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels Montgomery County. She also serves as Legal Counsel for The Board of Directors for New Danville and serves as Outreach Committee Chair for the Woodlands Arts Council. Sloan is an instructor at Lone Star College – Montgomery and North Harris – Academy for Lifelong Learning and is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery County – Class of 2018.
