Biography
Emily is a paralegal in the firm’s transactional department. She assists with the formations of new entities and preparation of filings with the Texas Secretary of State, as well as with real estate transactions. Emily also assists our litigation department with filing pleadings with the court, drafting discovery, and preparing motions. Emily received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Manchester and has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, spending time with family, walking in Memorial Park, and traveling.
