Morgan joined the litigation section of Stibbs & Co. in September of 2018. Although Morgan hails from Houston and is a proud Aggie, she left Texas in 2011 to attend law school at the University of Denver, where she immersed herself in the beauty and adventures of the Rocky Mountains. Shortly after she obtained her first license to practice law in Colorado, Morgan relocated with her husband to Oklahoma and represented clients in the business sector with an emphasis on employment law.

Now back in Texas, Morgan represents businesses in state and federal court regarding commercial disputes and advises employers regarding their rights and responsibilities. While Morgan is a fierce advocate prepared to carry her clients’ cases to trial, her background has prepared her to asses risk and advise clients regarding conflict resolution alternatives to mitigate litigation costs.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys taking advantage of the amenities of city living, including running at Memorial Park and frequenting local festivals. She spends most of her free time with her daughters, husband, and two large dogs.
