Biography
Walter is a well-versed business attorney with 45 years of legal experience. He has direct, hands-on experience in all aspects of corporate legal, governance, risk management, and compliance functions.
Prior to joining Stibbs & Co., Walter served as Deputy General Counsel for Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (CB&I), a top-10 international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) public company. He has complete understanding of international contracts and transactions having represented clients globally, including the U.S., Canada, Central and South America, the Netherlands, U.K., Germany, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Japan, China, and Australia.
With his many years of experience across multiple industries, Walter brings a vast skill set to Stibbs & Co.
