Morgan Muñoz joined the litigation section of Stibbs & Co., P.C. in September of 2018. She brings a dynamic approach to the firm after having represented clients in and out of the courtroom across multiple jurisdictions. Although Morgan hails from Houston and is a proud Aggie, she attended law school at the University of Denver and obtained her first license to practice law in Colorado. She achieved her second law license in Oklahoma where she represented clients in the business sector with emphasis on employment law. Morgan has finally come home to Texas. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in tandem with the in-house attorneys of a locally based oil & gas company. While Morgan is a fierce advocate prepared to carry her clients’ cases to trial, her background has prepared her to asses risk and advise clients regarding conflict resolution alternatives to mitigate litigation costs.
Outside of the office, Morgan serves as a board member for a non-profit, Lift Memorial, as part of a larger community effort to improve her local HISD elementary school. Morgan spends most of her free time with her daughter, husband, and two large dogs. As a means of relaxation, Morgan enjoys running at Memorial Park and teaching herself to play the piano.
