Labor & Employment Paralegal

November 21, 2022

For this position, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of labor & employment experience. It is preferred that you have obtained a paralegal certificate. Must have experience with discovery, document management and drafting, EEOC, TWC, E-filing, CM/ECF filing, Westlaw/Lexis, and Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This job offers a competitive salary, paid health insurance, paid time off and the option of flexible remote work.
