Kaileigh Alarcon is a legal assistant on the probate, estate, and transactional team at Stibbs & Co. A recent graduate of Sam Houston State University, she brings a fresh perspective and a deep passion for criminal justice into her role. Kaileigh is excited to grow and contribute wherever she can – whether it’s assisting with documentation, supporting case management, or helping clients feel heard and cared for.

She is known by past coworkers for her friendly and approachable nature, Kaileigh strived to make every interaction positive and collaborative. She is warm, compassionate and genuinely invested in helping others find the best outcome.

Outside of work, Kaileigh loves watching movies, crocheting, reading, and spending time with family and friends – quiet moments that keep her grounded and feeling inspired.
