Biography
Adam is an experienced litigator who has practiced business and commercial litigation for nearly 15 years, first in downtown Houston and now at Stibbs & Co. In 2017, he was named a “Rising Star” by the nationwide legal publication, Super Lawyers. Whether prosecuting claims for his clients or defending them, Adam vigorously represents his clients’ interests while remaining mindful of each client’s unique circumstances. While sometimes the courtroom is the only option, Adam has also leveraged his experience to obtain multi-million dollar settlements before ever reaching the courtroom.
Adam’s Commercial Litigation practice concerns all types of business agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, Trust Agreements, Commercial Loan Agreements, Sales Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Indemnity Agreements, Software Licenses and Commercial Leases, and all types of business torts, including Trade Secret Misappropriation, Tortious Interference, Business Disparagement, Conspiracy, and Fraud.
Adam was an active member of his Heights community before he and his wife, Monica, and two boys, Henry and Levi, moved to Montgomery County in the fall of 2016. Among other things, Adam served as the President of his Heights-area homeowners association for a number of years. Now calling Montgomery County home, Adam continues his community involvement through his membership in Leadership Montgomery County, the Rotary Club of the Woodlands, and volunteering with Next Generational Leadership. He and his family are also active members of their church in The Woodlands, where Adam is a Deacon of Foreign Missions.
