    Biography

Adriana is a highly accomplished attorney with over 15 years of experience in corporate law. A native of Colombia, she is licensed to practice there and began her career at two of Bogotá’s premier law firms. Her dedication to excellence also led her to serve at the Ministry of Communications, where she earned a prestigious medal for exemplary service.

Adriana later relocated to New York City, where she became licensed to practice law in the state. During her six years at one of the top law firms in the United States, she was recognized by Latin Lawyer Magazine as a “Top Cat” and one of the top 30 leading young lawyers in the region. Following this, Adriana returned to South America to serve as International Counsel and subsequently as General Counsel for a major heavy crude oil pipeline company in Ecuador. She later moved to Texas and is currently licensed to practice law in both New York and Colombia.

Throughout her career, Adriana has provided comprehensive representation to clients across a broad range of transactional matters. She has successfully advised buyers and sellers in cross-border stock and asset acquisitions across multiple industries, represented borrowers, sponsors, and lenders in project financing and debt restructuring, and offered general corporate, transactional, and strategic counsel. With training in both Civil and Common Law systems and extensive global experience, Adriana brings a unique multicultural perspective to her work.

Outside of her professional life, Adriana is passionate about music, food, and travel. Most importantly, she treasures time with her family and enthusiastically supports her two sons, cheering them on at soccer games, swim meets, basketball games, and band concerts.
