Biography
Brittany Ling is an attorney in Stibbs & Co.’s transactional law division and brings extensive experience in complex commercial real estate matters, corporate transactions, and business counseling. She handles sophisticated commercial acquisitions and dispositions, negotiates loans and leases, conducts extensive due diligence, and advises on a wide range of development and M&A projects. She also manages entity governance, including the preparation of organizational and authoritative documents for businesses and investment entities. Brittany’s representative deals aggregate more than $2 billion in value.
Though a Beaumont, Texas native, Brittany set her sights on the big city experience and immersed herself in the fast-paced legal landscape of Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned her law degree and launched her career. She practiced with two prominent Boston firms and gained valuable experience navigating all aspects of corporate structures and commercial real estate, before returning closer to home to practice in downtown Houston, and eventually finding her residence at Stibbs & Co.
Brittany graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge (Geaux Tigers!) and earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where she received a full Dean’s Scholarship and recognition on the Dean’s List.
Beyond her dedication to work, Brittany enjoys traveling, cheering for her favorite teams, and keeping her winning streak in Escape Rooms.
