Stibbs & Co. attorneys represented the owners of Houston-area’s leading electrical pump repair and general rental business in the sale of all of their equity in the associated businesses to a Dallas-based private equity firm. The successful F-reorganization resulted in a multi-million dollar sale and combined the seller’s entities under a separate holding company, with our client maintaining operational control over the holding company and subsidiary organizations.
