Stibbs & Co. attorneys recently collected on a 2 ½ year old Judgment after the Debtor—a construction contractor—posted pics on Facebook of his many recent projects and his newly purchased pickup truck. The posts—which Stibbs’ attorneys would regularly monitor for activity—prompted the attorneys to renew collection efforts via the service of a writ of execution on the Debtor by the constable’s office. Shortly thereafter, the Debtor delivered a cashiers check to Stibbs’ front desk to resolve the Judgment.
