Stibbs & Co. attorneys obtained a restraining order to prevent a multi-national corporation from opening a commercial office space in a local neighborhood. The properties in the neighborhood are deed restricted as residential-use only, but the corporation proceeded with plans to use the property for commercial purposes. After being served with the restraining order, the corporation ceased all commercial work on the property and agreed to not use the property for any commercial purpose.
