Stibbs & Co. attorneys represented an ownership group comprised of investors across the country in the acquisition of the assets of an Oklahoma company which supplies horizontal directional drilling motors and various other types of equipment to oilfield service companies. Our representation included fundraising in compliance with SEC regulations, the acquisition of company assets, as well as the acquisition of real property using a mixture of investor funds and third-party financing. The newly formed purchasing entity will continue its operations headquartered in Oklahoma.
