Stibbs & Co., structured the debtor’s payments over a 12 month period, secured by an Agreed Judgment that would be filed to favorably resolve the lawsuit should the debtor default. After abating the lawsuit, Stibbs & Co. monitored the debtor’s monthly payments until the final payment was received and the lawsuit dismissed.
