Stibbs & Co. attorneys obtained a summary judgment in favor of its client in a divorce proceeding. The Court agreed with Stibbs and Co.’s argument that the client, the former business partner of the husband in the pending divorce case, was wrongfully added as a party to the divorce proceeding and granted a summary judgment dismissing the former business partner from the divorce case.
